2 oz The Bacon Jams Red Chile & Garlic Bacon Spread

1 lb fettuccine pasta

1 cup butter

¾ pint heavy cream

¾ cup grated Romano cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste



In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Strain and reserve. In a sauce pan, melt butter into cream over low heat and whisk in the Romano and Parmesan cheeses until melted through. Stir in The Bacon Jams Red Chile & Garlic Spreadable Bacon and toss in the pasta. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, serve, and await your applause – because let’s face it, Fettuccine Alfredo doesn’t get better than this.
