The Florida Panthers hockey team this week named How Ya Dough’n, a fast-growing South Florida brand, its official Pizza Partner in a multiyear partnership. The agreement brings How Ya Dough’n’s signature pies to Amerant Bank Arena and connects the brand with one of the NHL’s most passionate and fastest-growing fan bases.

As part of the partnership, How Ya Dough’n will have an in-arena concession presence at Panthers home games, branded integrations across the arena and Panthers digital channels, and joint marketing activations throughout the season.

For a cold-weather sport, How Ya Dough’n was a red-hot choice. It’s known for its hip vibe, youthful marketing and mildly sexy social media presence—young women in bikinis and Ford Agency models (below) have featured prominently in its recent posts.

But the pizza is the real deal.

Founded in Boca Raton in 2020 by Garett and Gabby Goodman, How Ya Dough’n is a sourdough-fueled, husband-and-wife-led company with four South Florida storefronts and a new location in Las Vegas. The Goodmans started out making pies for friends and neighbors during the pandemic before opening their first brick-and-mortar store.

Eater Vegas named How Ya Dough’n’s Sin City outpost one of the city’s best earlier this year.

At the heart of How Ya Dough’n’s success is its signature fermented sourdough—a wild-yeast crust that ferments for up to 12 days before being baked into pizza—a process that sets the brand apart from conventional pizzerias.

Each How Ya Dough’n pie is crafted using Giusto’s Vita Grain 13.5% high-protein organic flour made from non-GMO unbleached wheat—free from preservatives, chemical additives and bromate dough conditioners.

The extended fermentation, the Goodmans say, allows natural wild yeast and beneficial bacteria to slowly develop deeper flavor, structure and digestibility while naturally breaking down carbohydrates and producing organic acids that enhance both taste and texture. The result is a tangy, crispy yet chewy crust that’s lighter and easier to digest.

The How Ya Dough’n team reportedly produces about 2,000 pounds of sourdough dough each week, all made from scratch in-house.

Many pizzerias “are serving 24–48-hour dough loaded with preservatives, greasy, processed cheese and toppings,” Garett Goodman said. “That’s what leaves you feeling heavy, bloated and sluggish. Our gourmet pies and Dough Boys—our twist on classic garlic knots—are made with natural ingredients and fermented longer, creating a crust that’s lighter, crispier and easier to digest. We often see customers grabbing a pie before or after yoga or pickleball because it’s that clean, that light, and made with real, wholesome ingredients.”

In a press release about the Panthers partnership, Goodman noted, “As someone who grew up playing hockey, it has been part of my life for nearly twenty-five years. I’m proud to partner with an organization that cares for the players and fans as much as we care for the pizza. This partnership lets us bring How Ya Dough’n to even more of our neighbors, right where they’re already celebrating.”

The partnership kicked off this week with the 2026 season and will include:

* In-arena availability of How Ya Dough’n Pizza at plaza level section 118, upper level section 318, on the Suite Level and in The Panther Bar as well as at concession locations throughout Amerant Bank Arena

* Branded signage and digital integrations across the arena and Panthers media channels

* Co-branded promotions, activations and giveaways during select home games throughout the season.
