Seattle-based Tutta Bella has refreshed its menu for springtime with a number of new offerings that include shrimp, pasta primavera and butterscotch pudding.
The menu items are “bursting with fresh, bountiful ingredients,” the company said in an announcement.
“We’re ushering in spring with a menu that truly captures the bright and fresh flavors of the season and delivers a burst of springtime inspiration in every bite,” Tutta Bella Founder and CEO Joe Fugere said. “It’s a lineup that we’re really proud of and excited to share with our guests.“

The spring menu features items such as:
Toscano Chicken (pizza): Grilled chicken breast, garlic cream sauce, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, caramelized onions and smoked mozzarella
Venetian Shrimp (starter): Sauteed shrimp, fresh grape tomato sauce, and wood-fired polenta triangles
Sicilian Spinach (salad): Baby spinach, radicchios, dried apricots, gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, red onions and a sweet ginger vinaigrette (chicken or shrimp can be added)
Pasta Primavera (pasta dish): Campanelle, spring vegetables, lemon cream sauce, fresh herbs and grana Padano
Butterscotch Budino: Homemade budino pudding, caramel, whipped cream and flaky salt
Tutta Bella says it was the first Neapolitan pizzeria in the American Northwest to be certified by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana. Founded in 2004, Tutta Bella operates five restaurants, two grocerants and a food truck while offering retail products in more than 200 grocery stores across the greater Puget Sound region.
