Gioia means “joy” in Italian, and a limited-time specialty pizza by that name at Seattle-based Tutta Bella will bring joy both to customers and a local nonprofit on Easter Sunday.

Tutta Bella, which has five restaurants, two grocerants and a food truck in the Seattle area, will honor the Easter season again this year by donating proceeds from the sale of its Gioia Pizzato one of its most beloved charity partners, Amara, a Seattle-based nonprofit that offers programs and services to families engaged in foster care and to adoptees and families, post-adoption.

“Amara is one of our longest-standing community partners,” Joe Fugere, Tutta Bella’s founder and CEO, said in a press release. “Nourishing lives by sharing traditions, authentic food and love is our mission at Tutta Bella, and we’re excited to once again help Amara out in a small way.”

The Gioia is made with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella, fresh eggs, prosciutto di Parma, arugula and shaved Parmigiano. For every Gioia pizza sold on March 31, Tutta Bella will donate $1 to Amara.
