6 oz. standard pizza sauce

1 T. butter

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1 T. extra-virgin olive oil

2 shallots

1 clove garlic

1/2 c. mushrooms

1/2 c. bell peppers, diced

1/2 c. onions, diced

6 oz. Allied Lawry’s Beef

freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

Sauce Directions:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add eggs and milk, and scramble until barely scrambled. Remove to bowl to cool. Add oil to the pan; add shallots and saute over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add garlic for 30 seconds and saute for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Cool to room temperature.

Pizza Directions:

Prepare pizza dough and roll to 12″. Spread sauce over dough. Add mushrooms, peppers, onions and beef. Cover with cheddar cheese and bake in pizza oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
