The event is held in Monopoli (Bari) at the headquarters of the longstanding Pizza&core magazine. It will take place 22 (Monday) and 23 (Tuesday) October 2018.

Guests may choose which of the two days to participate. The agenda will be replicated on the two scheduled days.
