Big Dave’s Seafood Alfredo Pizza (no red sauce)


  • Yield–One, 12 inch pie
  • 1 ready to use pizza dough shell
  • 1/2 ounce olive oil
  • Sprinkle of fresh chopped garlic
  • 4-6 ounces cooked shrimp*, 16-24 count
  • 6-7 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 ounce parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle of lemon pepper


Brush dough with olive oil.

  1. Sprinkle garlic over surface of dough.
  2. Spread Monterey Jack cheese evenly over entire pie.
  3. Arrange shrimp over all.
  4. Spread parmesan cheese evenly over entire pie.
  5. Season top with a dash of lemon pepper.
  6. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.

*Cooked shrimp:

Raw shrimp, slice in half, following the length of the shrimp
