Have your customers ever had trouble deciding between pizza and soup? A new menu item, designed by Red Gold, proposes a new solution: why not both?

Red Gold recently announced the launch of Supreme Pizza Soup, a culinary creation that merges the best of both worlds, designed specifically for pizzerias looking to spice up their menu.

“We’ve blended the comforting familiarity of pizza with the warmth of soup, crafting a menu item that’s both innovative and reassuringly familiar to your guests,” said David Halt, senior director of business development at Red Gold.

Crafted with Red Gold’s Tuttorosso brand Fresh Pizza Sauce and richly flavored crushed ground tomatoes, combined with Italian sausage and diced pepperoni, this soup is not just a novelty; it’s a carefully thought-out dish that leverages ingredients already in your kitchen. Designed for efficiency and ease, it serves up to 30 guests, allowing operators to seamlessly integrate this exciting new offering into their menu.

In an effort to support restaurant operators in rolling out this enticing new dish, Red Gold is offering a rebate on Tuttorosso Fresh Pizza Sauce, enabling savings of up to $100, valid through June 30.

Red Gold was founded in 1942. The company has risen to become the nation’s largest privately-owned tomato processor. Partnering with local family farms across Indiana, southern Michigan, and Northwest Ohio, Red Gold makes products from canned tomatoes to ketchup, sauces, salsas and juices.
