On the heels of its “Love All, Feed All” menu launch this fall and just in time for those New Year’s resolutions, UNO Pizzeria & Grill has expanded its selection of low-calorie pizzas. Featured on the supplemental menu, which is designed for guests with specific dietary preferences or requirements (such as vegans, vegetarians and gluten-sensitive, dairy-free and carb-conscious eaters), a rotating 600-calories-or-less pizza of the month is designed to appeal to those who want to keep an eye on calorie intake without sacrificing meals and nights out.

The new low-calorie pizza additions include:

Apricot & Goat Cheese De-Lite (January Pizza of the Month) – crumbled goat cheese atop a base of apricot preserves and toasted almond slices, layered with fresh arugula and a balsamic glaze drizzle (590 calories).

Vegetarian Cheeseburger Pizza – featuring plant-based Beyond Burger, cheddar, mozzarella, ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions (590 calories, available starting January 14).

Pesto & Fresh Mozz De-Lite (February Pizza of the Month) – fresh mozzarella atop garlicky basil pesto finished with a light drizzle of balsamic glaze (590 calories).

These special Chef Creations will join the UNO De-Lites family of 600-calories-or-less appetizers, salads, pizzas and entrées. The five low-calorie pizzas with a permanent place on the menu include Wild Mushroom & Aged Cheddar; Spinach Goat Cheese & Caramelized Onions; Roasted Eggplant Spinach & Feta; Garlic Garlic Chicken & Goat Cheese; and the Margherita.

UNO debuted its “Love All, Feed All” menu in October 2019. It’s designed for customers with a wide variety of special dietary preferences or requirements, from gluten-free pizzas and entrees to vegan and vegetarian items and low-carb and dairy-free dishes.

UNO Pizzeria & Grill CEO Jim Ilaria said the new menu offers “a wider variety of options so everyone can walk through our doors confident they will enjoy a tasty meal regardless of their dietary interests.”
