“But the Uno Dué Go chain – which opens its first Greater Boston store at 52 Summer St. in Downtown Crossing – represents an even bigger step as Uno enters the fast-casual market to compete with the likes of Panera Bread and Au Bon Pain. As with those well-established chains, Uno Dué Go attempts to offer healthier, tastier options than what’s available at typical fast-food chains – but without the expense or time associated with table service.”
