Beautiful limited edition labels created by children are featured on four Torani syrups to raise funds throughout the holiday season

South San Francisco, California (September 20, 2007) –  For the third consecutive year, the artwork of budding artists will be on display in coffeehouses and restaurants throughout the country, promoting flavorful beverages and serving a good case as well.  Once again, Torani, a premium purveyor of flavor, is offering seasonal  syrup flavors emblazoned with vibrant, limited-edition art labels.  This year four flavors will carry the colorful limited edition labels, including Pomegranate, Peppermint, Italian Eggnog and Ginger Spice.

The Art on Label program is the result of a continuing partnership teaming Torani and Afterschool Alliance, a national organization dedicated to promoting afterschool programs for all children.  The on-going  partnership helps Torani customers set their business apart, engage patrons and stimulate sales, all while raising funds for students across the country.

“Throughout our history, Torani has been dedicated to adding color and creativity to life,” explains Lucheta.  “We know that nurturing the creative spark in children is an important responsibility that can get lost in today’s budget-strapped schools.  Because Afterschool Alliance is committed to bringing colorful experiences to children, we are delighted to support their work.”

Starting August 1 through the year’s end, Torani will contribute 5% of sales from specially labeled bottles to the Afterschool Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for quality, affordable programs for all children. Over the past two years, this partnership has helped to raise more than $100,000 for the Afterschool Alliance.
