According to BigHospitality.co.uk, ” Soho House Group, the bar, restaurant and private members club company owned by Richard Caring and headed by Nick Jones, has acquired a second site in London for its pizzeria concept, Pizza East.”

“The company has acquired the leasehold interest of The Fat Badger on London’s Portobello Road in Soho. The Fat Badger comprises a three-storey end-terrace property, for which offers were sought at an asking price of £125,000, on the remainder of a 25 year lease which has 20 years remaining and a passing rent of £65,000 per annum. It will now open as a west London accompaniment to the Soho House Group’s Pizza East concept in Shoreditch, which opened in October 2009.”
