According to a news report from courierpress.com, “Dan and David Nix, owners of Western Rib-Eye & Ribs, have purchased the Dillard family’s Pizza King chain of restaurants in Evansville and Newburgh.”
“The Nixes closed on the purchase Tuesday,” said the story. “They said they will retain the Pizza King name and the chain’s menu. They will focus primarily on providing Stromboli sandwiches and pizza for which the eateries are well known.”
