DELRAY BEACH, FL — (MARKET WIRE) — February 20, 2007 — Pizza International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PZZL), an acquisitions firm specializing in Internet properties, has acquired Pizza.Net, Inc., a National search engine that allows consumers to find pick-up-and-delivery pizza and restaurants that serve pizza throughout the U.S. Pizza.Net was launched in 2003 by husband and wife entrepreneurs, Adam and Julie Reiser.

With the acquisition, Pizza.Net is escalating its incorporation of on-line ordering and real-time processing for any pizza restaurant that opts to upgrade to the premium program. Other premium features will soon include dedicated website pages, full menu listings, and e-mail accounts.

Next to burgers, pizza is the second largest restaurant group in dollar volume, and the first in delivery of restaurant-prepared foods. “Our mission is to take the $30 billion pizza industry out of old-fashioned phone and face-to-face ordering into the convenience and speed of the Internet,” said Pizza International’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Simpson. “This site affords the 70,000 U.S. pizza restaurants an economical avenue for advertising and promotion because the entire site targets people who love pizza. 72% of these restaurants are sole proprietorships, the bulk of which have virtually no ability to provide on-line ordering,” Simpson stated.

Co-founder and Pizza.Net, Inc. president, Julie Reiser, commented that the concept balances the service to pizza restaurants with a superb set of advantages for pizza lovers with quick and easy search options now being redeveloped, plus detailed photo menus, instant ordering, advance ordering with delivery or pick-up times specified, credit card payments and access to on-line coupons and special offers. “After all, pizza at your door is an American pastime and burgers don’t deliver,” said Reiser.

This is the first step in Pizza International’s plans to establish targeted Internet communities for families, students and sports enthusiasts. Both companies are located in Delray Beach, Florida.
