Pizza Boxes Used to Deliver Underage Drinking Message

""According to PizzaNews.co.uk, “The town of Prescott in Arizona has turned to pizza boxes to help in their plight to discourage underage drinking in the local area.”

“In the run-up to the festive period, the local police department teamed up with pizza and Italian restaurants in the town to help send out the message that underage drinking in Prescott is a criminal offence and will not be tolerated. For the past three years the Arizona town has run an annual campaign to help raise the issue of teen binge drinking and encourage dialogue between parents and their children about the dangers of drinking to excess. The girls basketball team from the local school have helped hand out the 5,000 pizza box toppers to the pizza restaurants in the town to help get the message out to other school pupils that underage drinking is illegal and can be harmful to your health.”
