Papa John’s Scores First in American Customer Satisfaction Index

“Papa John’s International Inc. received the highest score in this month’s American Customer Satisfaction Index,” according to Business First.

“The Louisville-based pizza maker’s score in the index rose 5 percentage points, to 83, in the June index. Red Lobster, a unit of Darden Restaurants Inc. (NYSE: DRI), also scored 83.

The ACSI scores — from 1 to 100 — are based on a survey that ranks the best-known companies in industries such as airlines, hotels, restaurants and consumer-shipping services.”
