Papa Johns will offer a late Christmas present to fans of the brand who are partial to New York-style pizza. For a limited time starting on December 27, the chain will offer its own version of the classic foldable pie.

Papa Rewards members are presently getting early access to the new pizza style at select Papa Johns locations before it’s available to all customers.

“For many, NY Style pizza is a classic that reigns supreme, so we are excited to offer consumers this foldable crust favorite made with our fresh, never frozen dough,” said Scott Rodriguez, Papa Johns Senior Vice President of Menu Strategy and Product Innovation. “As we continue to innovate our menu, we strive to keep our customer first and are glad to introduce another crust variation that allows them to customize their pizza how they’d like.”

Papa Johns says the new item has all the characteristics of a traditional New York-style pizza: eight large and wide foldable slices cut from a 16-inch pie, a thin crust and the customer’s favorite toppings.

“The crust made with our signature, six-ingredient dough and delicious toppings is what truly set our NY Style pizza apart and offers pizza-lovers a new way to experience this East Coast staple, no matter where they live or how they choose to enjoy it,” noted Rodriguez.

The menu item will be available to fans nationwide from December 27 through March 13, 2022, priced at $13 for a one-topping pizza.
