Papa Johns Begins Selling Specialty Pizzas Today

According to Business First, “Papa John’s International Inc. began selling specialty pizzas this week designed by the three finalists in its “Papa John’s Specialty Pizza Challenge.’”

“The finalists are: •

The Big Bonanza, created by Blair Dial of Springfield, Ill., is an original crust pizza with barbecue sauce, bacon, beef, ham, jalapeno peppers, onions and Roma tomatoes.

• The Cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu, created by Barbara Hyman of Los Angeles, is an original crust pizza with spinach alfredo sauce, extra cheese, a three-cheese blend, grilled chicken, ham and onions.

• The Workin’ Fire, created by Kendra Chapman of Ball Ground, Ga., is an original crust pizza with traditional sauce, parmesan/Romano cheese, jalapeno peppers, pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage.”
