Houston, TX February 19, 2007 – Anthony Russo, the owner and founder of New York Pizzeria in Houston, TX is taking a major step on the road to expanding his concept outside of Texas. He will attend NAPICS in Columbus, Ohio on February 25th and 26th. His badge will not read “attendee” as most pizzerias will. Instead, he is there as an exhibitor greeting attendees and discussing the benefits of owning a New York Pizzeria Franchise.

NAPICS (North American Pizza & Ice Cream Show) is a trade show held in Columbus, Ohio every year, and is designed for owners and operators of pizzerias and frozen dessert shops. Four years ago they changed the name of the show to NAPICS to focus on their core attendees. This show has grown over the years, and according to The Midwest Food Network they are expecting 4500 attendees at this years show.

To help sell franchises, Anthony teamed up with Silver Stream Marketing (www.silverstreammarketing.com). Adrian Hembree, Partner & Vice President of Business Development for Silver Stream Marketing, will attend NAPICS with Anthony. Silver Stream Marketing specializes in consulting and marketing in the foodservice industry, and together they will sell the New York Pizzeria Franchise at the show.

Through the use of many presentation materials attendees will visualize the New York Pizzeria concept. They will enjoy an interactive demonstration of the menu items and automated systems, courtesy of Revention POS Solutions. Revention is another Houston based company and is a leading point of sale provider to the pizza industry.

If you are attending NAPICS and want to learn more about owning a New York Pizzeria franchise you can visit them at booth #717.
