This classic recipe blends traditional Italian seasonings including fennel, rosemary, garlic and roasted red pepper with the rich flavor of Berkshire pork. The succulent flavor of this gourmet sausage makes it the perfect ingredient in a variety of Italian dishes including ragu, pizza or simply grilled with onions and peppers.
Portabella and Smoked Gouda
A decadent indulgence that is a favorite of food lovers. The earthiness of Portabella mushrooms perfectly compliments the creaminess of smoked gouda cheese to create a complex, yet subtle flavor. Often served as an entrée, this gourmet sausage is also a wonderful addition to cream-based sauces.
Both flavors are available in two, four pound packs per box or two five pound chubs per box for foodservice and eight, one pound packs per box for retail.
