According to a news report from bizjournals.com, “The owner of Michelangelo’s Pizza in southwest Minneapolis has been charged with tax violations for allegedly failing to file income tax returns and remit sales taxes from 2004 to 2006.”

“The Hennepin County Attorney’s office charged Martin Davis, 38, of Minneapolis, with three gross misdemeanors and six felony tax crimes associated with the case. The Minnesota Department of Revenue estimates that Davis owes the state more than $100,000,” said the story.
