KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc. (KeyImpact), the leading food service sales agency, today welcomed Gary Sobkowiak and Jason Brennan to its Board of Directors. Sobkowiak, currently Vice President of Independents for KeyImpact, has more than 33 years of food service experience. Brennan is a Principal and Co-Founder of Stream Companies, Inc. which provides interactive services and twice earned Inc. 500 honors

Sobkowiak was appointed to the Board in conjunction with being elected as the Chairman of KeyImpact’s Shareholder Board Advisory Council. The council was recently established as part of the ESOP company’s commitment to empowering its employees to find ways to improve the organization and to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Sobkowiak was President and CEO of Michigan-based sales agency We Market Success, Inc. which merged with KeyImpact in 2007. His extensive food service background includes experience as a restaurateur owner and operator, distribution sales VP, and sales and marketing agency owner. Sobkowiak also served on the Board of Directors for the Foodservice Sales & Marketing Association and the Broker Management Council.

With the passing of previous Board member Sam Bailin, KeyImpact decided to fill the available position with an Internet Marketing expert. Brennan met the desired qualifications, including experience in interactive technologies, leveraging database assets and web-based marketing. Thirteen years ago, Brennan co-founded Stream and has since received Inc. 500, Inc. 5,000 and Philly 100 awards based on revenue growth. He is a member of Internet Innovation Alliance, Philadelphia 100 Alumni and the Philly Ad Club.
