Restaurant Sold in Sheffield Village to Cleveland Bank

Donato’s Pizzeria LLC recently sold 5290 Detroit Road in Sheffield Village to Keybank National Association for $900,000 or approximately $350 per square foot.

This 2,565-square-foot general retail restaurant building , built in 2002, is located on the southwest corner of Detroit Road and North Abbe Road. The building features a drive-through and more than 30 parking spots.

KeyBank’s headquarters are located in the Key Tower of Cleveland and have 985 full-service branches located in 13 states.
