Jim Sullivan, CEO of Sullivision.com, will present “Fundamentals: 9 Ways to Be Brilliant at the New Basics” at the 2012 National Restaurant Association Show on Monday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room S404A at McCormick Place in Chicago.   

The multimedia program will detail the nine best practices of high-performing foodservice owners, operators and franchisees around the world, focusing on creative foodservice leadership in a challenging marketplace and the Digital Age. Sullivan will examine the fundamental practices of the best-run and most profitable foodservice companies related to sales-building, service, delivery, quality, consistency, teamwork, hiring, retention, marketing, leadership, training, and execution. Participants will learn key strategies and tactics for improving employees, performance and profits.  

Sullivan provides a variety of training tools to the foodservice and retail industries, and his programs are used by companies such as Walt Disney, Coca-Cola, Pizza Hut, Chili’s and Olive Garden.
