Sysco Portland will be hosting it first “Institute of Pizza Conference” extending invitations to all Pizza and Italian independent restaurants in SYSCO’s delivery area; other interested prospects are invited to attend as well.

The conference will be held Tuesday, February 10th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 and will feature a line-up of industry presenters focusing their messages on surviving in today’s challenging economic climate.

Sandy Johnson, SYSCO Program Director for Pizza/Italian/Hispanic segments noted; “This is not a mini-food show; rather it’s a conference for operators to interact, gather, and take back new ideas…products to enhance the profitability of their business”.
