The Milwaukee Business Journal reports that “Ian’s Pizza by the Slice will open its fourth Midwest location with a restaurant on Milwaukee’s east side in early 2010.”

“Moving into an empty storefront at 2035 E. North St., near the corner of North and Prospect avenues, Ian’s Milwaukee menu and layout will be based on the Madison State Street location. The company currently has two locations in Madison and one in Chicago. Brian Gingrass and Jon Thoresen, brokers at Milwaukee’s Commercial Property Associates Inc., handled the lease transaction on behalf of Ian’s. The restaurant will have 1,800 square feet with seating for up to 50 people. The restaurant will also deliver on the upper and lower east side of Milwaukee, including the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Milwaukee School of Engineering campuses.”
