On opening day, the store tallied over $3,000 in sales with an order “to the customer’s door” average time of 22 minutes. On September 18, they registered over $3,600 in sales with an order “to the customer’s door” average time of 20 minutes. The Highlands Ranch location is the first of 25 Garlic Jim’s stores expected to open in Colorado. Local franchisees, Dave and Valerie Solomon are thrilled with their opening numbers, as is the entire company!
After working in the pizza industry for the past 25 years and having won numerous awards for her work in expanding pizza chains in the U.S and abroad, Val Solomon, along with her husband Dave purchased the rights to Garlic Jim’s for the entire state of Colorado. Recent owners of Domino’s Pizza stores in Washington and Texas, they sold their Domino’s franchises when they discovered Garlic Jim’s. They are now area developers selling Garlic Jim’s franchises throughout Colorado.
