EVERETT, WA (JULY 2007) –Garlic Jim’s Famous Gourmet Pizza®, the first and only “gourmet” carry out and delivery pizza chain, has been named as one of the Top Ten Fastest Growing Concepts for July, 2007 on, in conjunction with the Food Service Report.. Candidate information is derived and calculated from a continual process of interviewing and verifying more than 7300 restaurant chain concepts, on a quarterly basis. Garlic Jim’s was chosen based on their growth percentage from April through July and sits as number six of ten of the fastest growing restaurant chains within North America.

Nominees are measured based on a set of parameters that each restaurant chain must exhibit to be considered for the top ten list. The chain must be a unique brand within the U.S. and Canada and have reliable information available regarding units and activity. Furthermore, the chain must have at least three operating units but no greater then 50, and new growth must be at least four units.
