According to a news report from KTVB.com, “A downtown Boise institution has closed – after 25 years in business near City Hall.”
“The downtown location of Louie’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant closed its doors effective immediately. Employees were given their final paychecks and informed of the closure today,” said the article.
“We have a sale that is pending on the building, and we’ve been working on it for quite a while,” General Manager Lou Mallane said. He could not divulge the building’s potential new owner.
