For the first time at FHA2008, we will be staging the Asia Barista Championship showcasing the expertise, creativity and talents of the top baristas in Asia. Watch the ‘masters of the trade’ as they unveil the art of brewing and serving specialty coffee.

After a resounding success from 2006, the Asian Pastry Cup is back at FHA2008, showcasing innovations and the creativity of pastry chefs from Asia. This competition is the perfect platform for the brightest gems from the Asian pastry community to pit their skills against one another. Catch them in action at FHA2008!

Curtains Up for Wine&SpiritsAsia Challenge 2008!
Running alongside FHA2008, Wine&SpiritsAsia Challenge 2008 is the platform for wine labels to make headways into Asia’s lucrative wine industry. In 2006, the Challenge attracted 629 entries, from the world over. Wine&SpiritsAsia Challenge 2008 is honoured to have a panel of distinguished judges consisting international wine experts.
