(TSXV: CPZ) (the “Corporation”) announces that it has received the final order from the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta approving the Plan of Arrangement involving the Corporation, the Shareholders of the Corporation and Roberto Ledeboer. It is anticipated that the Plan of Arrangement will be completed near the end of the month or in eary July.
