The Specialty Food Association’s Winter Fancy Food Show returns to Las Vegas January 15-17, 2023. The 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center’s new, larger West Hall.

The Winter Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food event in the Western United States. Open only to prequalified members of the specialty food trade, the Winter Fancy Food Show is considered a must attend event for retail and foodservice buyers, food industry service providers, media members, and Trendspotters.
