PMQ is looking for the best in our industry to represent the United States at the 12th Annual World Pizza Championship in Salsomaggiore, Italy, this coming April. The U.S. Pizza Team Acrobatic Trials will be held in New York City on January 19th, 20th and 21st. The Culinary Trials will be held in Columbus, Ohio, on February 23rd and 24th. Winners from each of the five categories will win a trip for two to Italy and an opportunity to represent the U.S. pizza industry at the competition, which will be held April 7-9, 2003.
