WausauDailyHerald.com reports, that “for the next month, Terry Blumberg, a server at Mickey’s Billiards and Pizzeria in Schofield and Karen’s Kitchen in Wausau, will donate half of the tips he receives to the Fill A Backpack Fill A Need program in Marathon County.”

“Blumberg started his pledge July 8 and will continue through Aug. 5. This is the second year he has pledged tip money to the program, which distributes school supplies to needy children in the community. Last year he raised $800. Jamie Potter, a volunteer with Fill A Backpack, said more than 5,500 students qualified to receive school supplies this year.”
