“The meeting of the GOP’s two flashiest and savviest media manipulators – both reality TV stars – caused a predictable press frenzy and sparked wild speculation about a Palin-Trump ticket. ‘She didn’t ask me (to run with her) but I’ll tell you, she’s a terrific woman,’ Trump said as he ushered Palin into a branch of Famous Famiglia pizza on Broadway at 50th St. Palin chose the Albanian pizza chain that advertises itself as New York’s favorite. They ordered a large pepperoni pie as out of towners lined up at the restaurant windows to snap photos.”
