According to the Dallas Morning News, “Pizza Hut’s $10 pizza offer continued to boost sales in the spring, but the parent company said Wednesday that restaurant margins have slipped.”

“The deal, which includes any pizza except those with stuffed crusts or double toppings, began late last year in Dallas as a limited time offer, but has since been expanded nationally and extended indefinitely. For the quarter ended June 12, it helped Addison-based Pizza Hut post the highest gain in same-store sales – 8 percent – among the U.S. restaurants of Louisville-based Yum Brands Inc.”
