According to Nation’s Restaurant News, “Donatos Pizza has agreed to sell a majority share of all of its restaurants in Indianapolis and about three quarters of its Cincinnati units to a franchisee, Titan Restaurant Group.”

“As part of the agreement Titan said it would add a total of 10 restaurants to those markets within the next six years. It is buying 16 restaurants in Cincinnati and 23 in Indianapolis. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Donatos president and chief operating officer Jane Grote Abell said in a statement that the agreement would allow the company ‘to continue to follow our strategic plan of growth through franchising.’”
