“Theisen has already given a lucky few invited guests the chance to sample the coal-fired pizza at Pitch, his new pizzeria in the Dundee neighborhood.’You know, I’ve got somewhat of a history in pizza,’ Theisen said. ‘I’m back to slinging pizzas again.’ Three and a half decades ago, Theisen helped create the Godfather’s Pizza chain. He said there’s a reason his new business venture also involves pizza.”
