According to kansascity.com, “The locally owned All Star Pizza & Pub opened at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Tuileries Plaza.”

“Chef Michael Peterson had previously created menus for area upscale restaurants like Trezo Mare. Now he’s brought that touch to a sports theme operation with a menu focusing on made-from-scratch, brick-fired pizza – including Thai and Florentine – along with sandwiches, salads, calzones and appetizers. The dining room is packed with video monitors that continuously scroll through photos of Northland youth athletes. Customers can submit photos. The operation, at 6100 N.W. 63rd Terrace,( just west of Interstate 29 on 64th Street) will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday,” the story said.
