May 28, 2009 (Edmonton, AB) – In response to a growing demand for sophisticated tastes, Pizza 73 has introduced nine dipping sauces and a new pizza to its growing list of pizzas and toppings.  The launch features the BBQ Steak Pizza with 100% Alberta beef steak strips, graded AA or better, fresh mushrooms and a tangy barbeque sauce.  The pizza arrives just in time for the barbeque season and strengthens Pizza 73’s BBQ lineup, which also includes BBQ Chicken Pizza and BBQ wings.

Nine signature dipping sauces are also being introduced to complement the chain’s lineup of pizzas and wings and offer more choices for customers.

“Our customers are interested in trying new items and having more variety,” said Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer for Pizza 73.  “We’re always trying new recipes and speaking to our customers at the same time, a process that allows us to act quickly and remain on the cutting edge.”
