According to a news story from www.knbc.com “A fundraiser was set to be held in San Pedro Saturday to benefit the family of slain SWAT Officer Randy Simmons, City News Service reported. Niko Tsouloufas, owner of Niko’s Pizzeria, 399 W. Sixth St., will donate 50 percent of the restaurant’s sales proceeds, collected from 10 a.m. to midnight, to the Los Angeles Police Department officer’s widow and two children.”
