NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla.(October 11)—The Foodservice Consultants Society International named Enodis as the Education Provider of the Year during its annual awards ceremony during the North American Foodservice Manufacturers Association (NAFEM) Show in Atlanta October 9.

The award was presented to Enodis, a global leader in foodservice equipment manufacturing, for its accredited training program, “Energy Saving Technology in Foodservice,” designed specifically for consultants.  The training is offered several times each year at the EnodisTechnologyCenter in Tampa.  Consultants are presented with a one-day overview of the green trends driving kitchen innovation today and the ways in which different categories of equipment meet those needs.  The energy-efficiency training program is partnered with a second day focused on accelerated cooking technology.

Participants gain important product knowledge and can earn 6 CEU credits for each session completed.  Applications are being accepted for the next training session, to be held at the EnodisTechnologyCenter in Tampa, December 6-7, 2007.  For more information, visit www.enodisusa.com and click on the training section.
