To celebrate fire prevention week, Pizza Palace Plus (www.pizzapalaceplus.com) in Emporium, PA, has recruited its local fire department to deliver pizzas for them, using their firetrucks, this Friday, October 12. “We’re donating half the delivery sales to the fire department, and they’re doing all of the promoting,” says owner Dave Smith, who recently won the title of America’s Best Pizza Maker at PMQ’s Orlando Pizza Show (www.pmq.com). “I can’t wait to see the look on the kids’ faces when they see a firetruck delivering their pizza!”
