Local Chefs Instruct Upcoming Tri-C Community Cooking Classes

CLEVELAND–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cuyahoga Community College’s Office of Community Continuing Education will offer a variety of cooking classes this fall.

Participants will learn how to cook Mexican, Italian and American cuisine as well as Thai and sushi. Students can also take classes to learn more about knife techniques and holiday entertaining and baking. The community cooking classes will be taught at Tri-C’s Culinary Kitchen on the Metro Campus, 2900 Community College Avenue in Cleveland, beginning later this month. The classes, which cost $75.00, include hands-on preparation of food and a full tasting of the evening’s menu.

The four area chefs teaching the classes and their class topics are as follows:
