According to news report from lancastereaglegazette.com, “Everybody’s heard about all the Big Box stores coming to the Ety Pointe Centre. If not, you’ve probably seen the large sign erected near Memorial Drive and Ety Road that lists the development’s major players. But what you might not know is that Fat Cat Pizza, a locally owned pizza joint, is among the buildings under construction at the development.”
“The 4,900-square-foot sit-down eatery is a first for Fat Cat Pizza owners Ronnie and Kristi Blankenship. The pizzeria will have a capacity to seat 170 people,” said the story. “The couple also own two Fat Cat Pizza storefronts in Lancaster and a pizza shop titled Thornport Pizza in Thornport. They hope to open the Ety Pointe pizzeria sometime in November.”
