According to a news report from redwoodfallsgazette.com, “One could say Dave Bishop has tomato sauce coursing through his veins.”

“The veteran restaurateur has been a Pizza Hut franchisee for 41 years, including the past 30 as owner and operator of the Redwood Falls eatery.

“Pizza Hut came out of Kansas in 1958 – and I opened my first franchise in 1966 – so basically I kind of grew up with Pizza Hut,” said Bishop, who broke ground on the restaurant here on Aug. 3, 1977. “Pizza has provided a good life for me,” said the story.
