California Pizza Kitchen Opens Third Minnesota Restaurant

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (CPK) (NASDAQ:CPKI), home of the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, made-to-order pastas, creative salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts opened its newest location at The Plaza at Rosedale Center in Roseville, Minnesota today.
The 5,900 square-foot restaurant is located near the AMC Theatres at The Plaza. Hours of operation will be: Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Guests can dine-in or place a take-out order by calling (651) 633-0854.
The menu will feature all the popular favorites, including the Thai Chicken Pizza, Jamaican Jerk Pizza, BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad and Shanghai Garlic Noodles, as well as many new menu items, including Pan Sautéed Salmon, Cajun Pizza, The Works Pizza, Mediterranean Salad and White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
A full bar offers an extensive beverage menu with a great selection of wines along with more than 40 specialty drinks, including CPK’s original California Cosmo, and an extensive list of martinis and margaritas.
Following CPK’s tradition of giving back to the communities in which it operates, the new CPK restaurant will donate 100% of all dine-in pizza sales during regular business hours on Monday, August 13, 2007 to the March of Dimes, Minnesota Chapter. The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Proceeds will help fund programs of research, community service, education and advocacy to save babies.
