According to a news report from www.sptimes.com, “The Hernando Autism Parenting and Personal Experience Network will team up with Rizzo’s Restaurant and Pizzeria for the restaurant’s grand opening celebration from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at 188 Mariner Blvd., off County Line Road.”
“HAPPEN will collect donations to help bring summer programs for autistic children in Hernando County,” said the story. “The event will include free slices of pizza, a raffle, a clown, face painting and a Spring Hill Fire Rescue vehicle. Rizzo’s will also conduct an Autism Awareness Night from 6 to 8 p.m. on the last Monday of every month.”
