The most unique aspect of the new packaging is the absence of cumbersome paper between each slice; due to new packaging technology, slices are stacked on a slant without paper, reducing waste and allowing for hassle-free “peel-ability.” Packaged in rigid, plastic containers that are re-closeable, stackable, and fit into foodservice tray pans, the ten popular varieties of Slice on Slice cheeses are sure to revolutionize the way professional and recreational chefs cook with sliced cheese.
