According to a news report from Niagara-Gazette.com, “Residents can get a “taste” of what Pine Avenue’s Little Italy has to offer during an event Thursday to benefit the restoration of historic Schoellkopf Park.”
“Scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. at Columbus Park, “A Taste of Little Italy” will feature food tastings donated by Gigio’s Café, Antonio’s Restaurant, Latina’s, Michael’s Restaurant, Soprano’s Pizzeria, Goodfellas Pizzeria, the Como Restaurant, H.J. Kydd’s catering at the Knights of Columbus, Gagster’s, Casa Antica, New York Fish Market and DiCamillo’s Bakery,” said the article. “Samples will include Italian-style salad, specialty pizza, pasta with meat sauce, garlic knots, stuffed banana peppers and more.”
